The place we're leveling at is Taran's cave in Morheim. The monsters we level on are level 26-28. They are stronger than normal monsters and weaker than elites, so there are somewhere inbetween. Taran's Cave isn't the best place to level, but if you are with a guild group, it doesn't really matter where you level actually. As long as you are having fun, it's all good.
When you're watching the video, pay attention at 05:47. On the right side of your screen you'll see a purple-ish crystal or whatever you may call it. There is a level 26 quest called '(Group) Legendary Amethyst' which gives you 34800XP and 7800 Kinah. At least you know what they look like now.
