The Misty Wind Mubaba is one of the I think 5 named monsters that wonder around in the Black Claw Elite zone. As you might have noticed so far, each of these monsters drop specific items and if you want to complete a set, you're going to need to kill them all.
The trick with this boss is to seperate the additional monsters from the boss itself, and you can easily do that by pulling all the monsters, and jump behind the tree you can see in the video. Once the pulller is behind the tree, the monsters will lose agro and after that you can just pick them off. Also, jumping behind the tree is a save way to get rid of any monsters.
The Misty Wind Mubaba is the one that drops the uppers. In the video you can see these items drop (hover over the name to see the stats):
